GROUP BOOKING
To book accommodations for a group (a minimum of 10 rooms) at one of the World ATM Congress hotels, please send your request with the group details to
hotelsatmcongress@aimspain.es. Please note that all the prices shown are subject to availability. We recommend you book group reservations as soon as possible. Confirmation: Hotel bookings will be confirmed by email including a voucher of your stay once payment is completed.
GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION
The price of the accommodation (plus a fee of 10 euros) will be charged to the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. Aim Group International will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee and a voucher will be sent out as confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Spain Events & DCM S.L. (by e-mail to
hotelsatmcongress@aimspain.es).
AIM Group International cancellation fees::
Before November 11th, 2012: a cancellation fee of 35 euros will be kept
Before December 11th, 2012: 24% of the accommodation cancelled + 35 euros of the cancellation fee will be charged
Before January 15th, 2013: 50% of the accommodation cancelled + 35 euros of the cancellation fee will be charged
After January 15th, 2013: 100% of the foreseen total number of nights will be charged
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The credit card information you provide will be used by AIM Spain Events & DCM S.L. to prepay your room booking accommodation and a 10 euros fee.
